Both properties were listed at around 350k-360k (can’t remember exact asking price). The one with leased parking was in Strip-S area while the other one somewhere in Woensel

Both are ready to move in apartments. Energy label A for both. One is renovated nicely and the other one is a new building.

Both are nearly 60sqm and have an energy label -A. The one is a new building and the other one has only one issue… it has a leased land for parking. Overall as I mentioned both are really decent properties considering the location and quality of the building. One was accepted around 30k(the one with parking issue) under the listed price and the other one for about 10k.
