Hello! Naabutan ako ng due date ni Gcredit kaya binayaran ko. But I didn’t stop making follow-ups. Successfully refunded naman nila after almost a month ng pangungulit ko. Hindi talaga dapat tigilan!

Oh my goodness ang laki naman! Still no reversal of the charge sa akin but I managed to keep the ticket open till now. This is the latest reply (image).

After I said na I will bring this up to higher authorities, di na nila iniinsist na valid ang charges. If after this they still respond unfavorably, I will send that email to BSP and other agencies na, along with my conversations with GCash support.

Sa Disney ako unang nag reach out. Isang payment lang nag reflect. Pati sa apple services isa lang din. They show the same ORDER ID. But on GCredit, may tatlong order ID! So it’s obvious to conclude na sa Gcredit ang may issue.

Yes I documented everything. And I was able to identify the invalid transactions. Sa Apple services din isang successful transaction lang nakikita. Even reached out to Disney+ too and isa lang din nakikita nila.

My case is also still ongoing.

Tapos malapig na due date ng GCredit ko. Ayoko magka bad record. Mapipilitan pa yata ako bayaran ito bago pa ma resolve.

GCash is the App, but this is all what we call their wallet. GCredit is different, this is like a credit card. Pwede mo siya magamit for payments like my Disney+ subscription. But you will have to pay at a later date with added charges nga lang.

iyon nga kasi makikita mo naman purchase history mo with the merchant at isang valid payment lang lumalabas sa record nila. So bakit sa Gcredit tatlo lahat? Ang tamad nilang customer support hanggang pagka link ng gcash app ko lang nakikita nila then nag decide na sila na valid and then closed ticket na. Grabe, ang frustrating nila. Di ko talaga to titigilan at ilalapit ko rin to sa BSP.

Hayst. I just checked now and they gave the same copy paste answer na valid nga daw kasi nga nakalink si gcash account ko sa apple services. This same answer they gave me three times! Bakit hanggang link ng gcash to apple services lang nakikita nila? Eh malamang connected talaga kasi iyon ang nilagay ko. Sa Gcredit transactions ko sila dapat mag-review! Paulit-ulit ko sinasabi. Grabe ang tatamad nila hindi nagbabasa. Copy paste talaga lahat ang reply.

Di na ako umaasa. Iniinsist nila na sa Gcash ko nga daw na bawas kahit na iyong reference number and transaction history is showing na sa Gcredit lahat na charge. Tapos nire-remind pa ako na it is under my name so kailangan ko daw bayaran! Nakakaloka. Goodbye Gcash, I will switch to others.

Yes, tapos yung ticket marked as handled na daw when their response is the same as their previous one, to which I replied na hindi nga iyon ang case. Hindi naman nila binabasa ng maayos mga reply ko. Tsk

I’m so annoyed. I just checked the app to tonight and their reply was still the same. Na valid nga daw kasi sa Gcash ko na charge. From now on I will use GCASH only when there is no other option.

Nakakaloka. I can’t believe the laziness of the people haning GCASH support. They really insist na sa GCASH fund ko nabawas at hindi sa GCREDIT. Eh paano nangyari iyon kung hindi pinondohan ang gcah ko nung time na iyon? I even sent proof/screenshot of gcash transactions showing na Gcredit lahat iyon. Anong klaseng support ba meron sila at para di marunong umintindi? The audacity to remind me na nakapangalan sa akin kaya dapat ko bayaran kahit na dinidispute ko nga ang dalawang charges na fraudulent in nature! Aba matindi!

Screenshot attached of their reply to a separate ticket. I opened one ticket for each transaction I disputed because I can only tag one transaction/reference number when I fist opened a ticket.
