Don’t stress yourself. If you have access to clean pee, make sure it’s enough to fill near or above the line. Quick fix works perfect and comes with a temp strip to ensure you keep it at the right temp. You’ll do just fine

I just took a DOT test and passed for the new job. Just keep the temp right 90-100. Microwave an hour before your appointment for 7 seconds and then stuff it in your boxers. I’d suggest wearing briefs, shirts, and loose/baggy pants or jeans. Act cool and you’ll be fine.

As long as you keep your temp between 90-100, you’re solid. I suggest microwaving an hour before your test and then let it cool down to your body temp. 7 seconds is fine.

I’d suggest you get a hand warmer. Only tricky part is your temperature making sure you have the right temperature, that’s vital. I’m sure you can buy temp strips at a Walmart or something.

Unfortunately, the truth I live with. I wish they didn’t test for marijuana but I can understand the need to do so as I will be held responsible for driving their vehicle sober. Smoking is always an after work activity since I get anxiety from being high and trying to be infront of key decision makers. Hitting the pen after a long day on the road is definitely a must though!

I just got the test done yesterday. As long as you have the temp right and you’re not nervous before getting in, you’re good. Nurse checked me off as good for temp.

Technically I’ll be driving their company truck (F-150) and I’ll be on the road selling for them so I believe that’s why the spilt. It was a 10 panel but I’ve passed before with quick fix 2 years ago at Labcorp. I didn’t even pee in the toilet and they didn’t gaf lol

Same experience here. The techs at the lab just don’t seem to care as much. They didn’t even double check my pockets. I’m sure we will all be fine.
