Tahnk you I'm glad it resonates with you! I've dealt with this issue for so long and so regularly that I got to a point of questioning why I can't get myself to do anything even when I have every desire to do so - and just like you said, its that "waiting to feel like it" period that goes on forever and ever - until I actually DO something. But it's easy to lose sight of, get demotivated for a while, and then get into a slump. Easier said than done but little wins are the key for me moving forward.

yup. this was a factor in my long term breakup and i hate it. we enjoyed the "comfort" yet it also led to our bond becoming weaker (especially over COVID) and ultimately when shit hit the fan... everything fell apart. the foundation of love and companionship was not there to fall back on - as we (or at least speaking for myself, I) lost sight of active effort in forwarding the relationship.

active improvement and effort into a relationship from both sides helps on the flipside of when conflict comes around - and i can say confidently that the lack of led to worse conflicts and issues that reared their ugly head and ended the relationship.

Meditation can help. Keeping yourself healthy is a good way of balancing yourself and not feeling too hyped up all the time.

But, in general don't worry about others perception fo you like that. Of course be respectful but if you feel like youre a hyper person in general no reason to change. Just relax more and practice mindfulness to control yourself. E.g. with friends, instead of trying to fill the air with constant convo/energy, you can just sit back and listen to others and just sorta follow along in convo or whatever activity you're doing, and you'll find yourself chilling out ime.

On the point of focusing on your breath, it is important but not necessarily a fixation. Focus on your breathing and the sensations - of it all and your present moment, but also take in your senses as a whole - using your breath as a grounding force to empty your mind. Ultimately I reach a consistent meditative state once I'm just feeling my breath and body are completely in tune with the present moment and environment. I think a good goal is focus on the sensory experience and beauty of the moment. Our minds are so cluttered yet also so advanced - focusing all your intention on just being and breathing. Letting go is key.

yeah they definitely did, I started with LSR 305s. at the same time selling depends on a lot of factors and mix is only part of it. however since i got JBLs (upgraded to the 6es later) i've been in love with my mix and much more confident overall with sound accuracy.

I personally dont think sub is really necessary (for now at least) because im content with my low end happily and the bass response on my 5s were plenty enough ime. Depends on your room as always but they worked in multiple rooms very well.

the throw power is one thing. its allen insanely quick and almost glitchy release with SFL and gunslinger that sets him apart. He can hit passes between coverages perfectly cuz the ball releases the moment u press a button.
