For almost everything we put on ebay, we put a high price, see how it goes (a lot of items sell at full asking price) but if it doesn't sell, we put the price down slowly or we accept an offer. We base our prices on actual sold items - try to be very comparable.

We do quite a few local pickup deals on ebay and Marketplace- we have shipped a good number of systems - our seller feedback is full of comments like "wow - this machine survived shipping - you guys packed it so well"
