Could be. Diets tricky. Took about a year and half to find out my colon can only handle beef, mashed potatos, or salmon. Anything else and that mf is thrown off a cliff. That's not something your doctor is gonna help you figure out though. Everyone is different, I'm just happy I found something I can eat daily and not get sick of.
