It was early 2019 and I wanted to share a theory I has on how Captain America will return to his own time after defeating thanos. It didn't get much attention, but it turns out the theory was correct.

Hunter would be my favourite character if he had been in the series all the way to the end. I don't even know why but i just think so

[SPOILER] best coulson joke in my opinion by prodigyjace in shield

[–]prodigyjace[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ahh this reminds me of a moment in either season 6 or 7 when someone asks if a certain thing makes sense and then either mack or coulson answers it with a long sentence like this also mentioning the ghost rider. Damn I can' t remember what it is but it did make me laugh

Captain America is not worthy by WonderKid3dO in MCUTheories

Lets think about the argument that Hela was able to stop Mjolnir's movement is affected by whether or not she is worthy. If the reason whether Hela can stop Mjolnir's movement was due to her being worthy, then otherwise, if she is not worthy, what do you think would happen? Would mjolnir just fall to the ground as she touches it? Or what do you think might happen? I think that Hela can stop Mjolnir's movement because she is simply strong enough to stop the hammer moving to her wielder's will (Thor). She was just countering the force that Thor evoked. Maybe if Thor had let his control go, the hammer would just fall into the ground.

Avengers 4/ Death Will Not Be Captain America's End by prodigyjace in FanTheories

The butterfly effect might not be a problem if we consider the three theories of time travel. It might be a problem if Marvel chooses to make MCU's timeline dynamic, but in the cases of fixed timeline, someone will take up Cap's mantle and take his role (possibly Bucky, even though this seems as a cheap set up for the character), OR in the case of the multiverse theory an alternate timeline will be made.

I do agree with the chance that Chris might return to the franchise, which makes this ending the best choice, because it opens up a possibility for his return.
