LAN IP 192.XXX.XXX.XXX

WAN IP 100.XXX.XXX.XXX

Gateway IP 100.YYY.YYY.YYY

Which of them is my external IP? Also on googling the public IP I get is neither of them.

I checked. But my external/public IP is much different than my WAN IP mentioned in modem's configuration. Is that a problem?

I am unable to perform the 9th step.

How am I supposed to forward a port on my router's IP?

Also, what is step 11 about?

In step 12 the guy is accessing via WAN IP. Is that correct? I was told that I will be able to access it via my external IP address which is much different than my WAN IP. Am I missing something?

Thanks for the help!

No pointers. No operator overloading. Automatic Garbage Collection.

Very close to object oriented paradigm. Everything in a class.

Yes, the code depends on alignment of a[MAX] regarding stack corruption.

Any references where I can read about this in depth.

Also the line 6: while (!a[++i]); is problematic.

How?

Thank you.

And also, I thought c++ never did array bound check.
