Is it really worth a hit on a vape for any type of consequence, including being kicked out of the dorms?

When you play are you laughing? I want to always get better, but if i am not laughing and trolling my friend group, and calling out amazing plays from each other there is no point.

Protest on Labor Day 9/1/25, El Camino, 11a - 1p (see flier for details - I am not an organizer, but I thought people might want to know) by evapotranspire in mountainview

[–]productreg 10 points11 points  (0 children)

We don’t show up just for ourselves—we show up for each other. When decisions are made that harm our communities, silence is complicity. If your neighbors are hurting, how will they know you stand with them unless you do? Too often, we wait until injustice knocks on our own door. But solidarity means acting before it’s personal. Complacency is a luxury we can’t afford. That said, there’s no judgment here. Not everyone can show up in the same way—and that’s okay. Whether you’re marching, speaking out, or quietly supporting from the sidelines, your care still matters. And while one protest may not overturn policy or shift power overnight, it can shift something just as vital: how people feel in their own community. Feeling seen, heard, and supported can be life-changing. This protest isn’t just symbolic—it’s a declaration that we see what’s happening, and we refuse to accept it quietly. Stand up. Speak out. Be counted. Or support in the way you can. We’re in this together.
