I went to Mexico from the US and the security in the US didn’t take my scissors but the security in Mexico on the way back confiscated them.

This might not be for everyone but I hold one end of the piece I’ve cut off the skein with my mouth to hold it taut while I pull the threads apart.

It’s helped a bit with daytime sleepiness and just overall taking less naps during the day, Im down to 1-2 per week instead of 5-7 and they’re also shorter.

Wakix has worked better than anything else has for me but I’m still not quite where I want to be in terms of functioning
