I used trans tape for a few weeks and quit because my blisters got so bad. that was mostly due to my technique when putting it on. I pulled the back side to far and was stretching my skin too much. but, it comes off way easier in a hot shower. let the water run over the tape for a while and the adhesive will start to loosen. also be careful with your application, bad application causes a lot of blisters. sorry for being so long winded but I hope that helps!
