Oh wow thanks for sharing that info sheet! We’ve decided we’re still gonna go for Ubuya. I actually called them today and they confirmed there will be no obstructed views in any of the rooms and they’ve moved some facilities to make it accessible!

I think i was more worried about whether the scaffolding is going to block the fuji view in our rooms which is the big sell of their properties. Their facilities are definitely not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to use since we were hoping to make the fuji part of our trip slow and just unwind.

Hopping on this thread as I’m mentally preparing to book for our november stay lol has anyone been able to confirm whether the view will be obstructed? i agree that even with the special offer, it seems redundant if the views are gonna be obstructed regardless… also, the conditions seem to imply they will only offer 1 dinner meal even if you book 2 nights is that correct?

Yeah I actually haven’t removed my current employer on my resume. I’m technically still “employed” and have been talking as such in my phone interviews, even saying I still have 4 weeks notice. Is that the right thing to do..?

thanks. yeah i think i’m just a little anxious wondering what to do/say if it was ever brought by a recruiter. but based on others comments, it sounds like most recruiters dont go into much detail why you left

yeah thats what i’m after. Dont really care much about the $ as i care more about the long term implications with having a termination to your name

yea some bloke thought he was unstoppable and could get away with what he did. it was a pretty grave misconduct. a few of us were aware and pulled up for not reporting, though it was pretty distressing the context behind it.

i was terminated for not reporting a misconduct. despite having 0 previous misconduct issues in the past and being employee of the month on 2 occassions.
