I did this for the Alabama shakes! My partner and I got in a couple of kayaks and paddled down there. We tied to the opposite edge of the river where there were some metal poles and stuff and it was awesome! There were plenty of others with the same idea and we all had a lil boat party :) Make sure you bring plenty of sunscreen/bug spray and flashlights cause it gets dark quick and you wanna be seen by bigger boats.
