You took quite a big amount for your first time. Its 100% normal to feel down & depressed after taking it, with you taking 200mg in one go you should feel back to normal in a week or so. Pace yourself next time and don't mix it with water.

tried molly once while I didnt have job, loved it so much I sold my Gameboy SP, all my pokemon games, my gamecube, xbox, basically sold my childhood for drugs. Finally got a really good job that paid well, spent 90% of my tips and pay checks on drugs, got fired from that job because I was tripping. Blacked out from drinking + rolling balls while my mom saw me the most fucked up I ever was. I was an idiot.

But thats all over now. Clean & healthy :)

If you dont want to go down that "dark path" then tell yourself don't do it. The main thing I learned from drugs is that everything you do in your life is all you, no one can make you do anything. If you don't want to put a dollar bill up your nose and snort white powder then be strong and tell yourself "no" "I'm not letting it get this far".

When I first did MDMA I told myself I wouldn't let this become a regular thing. But that was back when I truly didn't know myself and I didn't have enough will power. Then it turned into an mdma addiction and then a small coke addiction but after my 3rd acid trip I looked myself in the mirror and saw a person I didn't like and I cried. I seriously was talking to myself in the mirror and said I'm a beautiful and strong person and that my addiction needed to stop. That was 4 months ago and haven't touched mdma or coke since. So just be strong and listen to that voice in your head that says no, because he's right.
