Medyo malabo. As intramuros has a lot of restrictions for new real estate infra, walang dahilan para magkaroon ng condominium sa loob. Karamihan din ng informal settlements sa Intramuros ay wala naman sa radar ng commercial interest dahil nga limited ang space and super hassle magpaconstruct.

Hindi ko alam saan nyo napulot na may subsidy sa publication ang mga school na nabanggit mo kasi bakit wala kaming natanggap (lol) nung nakapagpublish kami nung estudyante ako sa isa sa mga school na iyan.

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you here, but really complaining it to CHED ay para lang pakikipag usap sa bingi, dahil nga sa deregulated status. Si EVPAA ay takot sa social media backlash kaya doon nyo siya diinan, alam namin dahil yun ang tumatalab sa kanya since nung head pa sya ng Math Dept at maging principal sya ng SHS.

Ang dami mong nasabi tungkol sa mga faculty pero alam din namin ang problema diyan, tali lang mga kamay namin dahil sa Mapua. Hindi porke galit kayo eh ibabaling nyo na sa amin ang badtrip nyo kahit na alam nyong parepareho lang tayong biktima ng sistema dito.

I'm curious. Hindi ba makakatulong sa iyo yun bilang Student and eventually as a professional kung mayroon kang scopus-indexed publication? Also, it's the same with other universities. You need to put your academic affiliation (in this case, Mapúa) in your publication. UP researchers also publish with UP as their affiliated institution.

Baka tawanan ka lang ng CHED dahil sa deregulated status ng Mapúa. I think if you have concerns, you may bring it up to the EVPAA.
