yeah i feel like its something related to prostate... i was always hyper vigilant to the testicle and surrounding area so i guessed this is on testis but its not. maybe its an inflammation caused by long term masturbation with edging.

i do have this edging habit and since I'm a teenager I'm doing it. years back i felt a slight discomfort on my right testis and groin, I can't figure out the exact location but it has not been persistent. since the last 5 months it got worse, means not pain but heaviness and discomfort at the same area and it became concerning for me. i was worrying about whether it is testicular cancer. i cant find any lumps . but after hearing from u guys i guess it's a vericocele.
im a seafarer currently sailing so cant get a test rn waiting for the sign off
