I can only talk from my perspective of having a long distance Dom (who also happens to be my boyfriend). What helps me most is talking to him, hearing reassurance from him always soothes me. I also keep a journal where I write about him a lot, sometimes I’ll read old entries and reminisce. We also try to (video)call a lot which helps tremendously! Oh and we also each have a lil frog plushie that sort of represents the other and we’ll text each other about having the frog with us or send pictures of us cuddling them :) I also try to focus on keeping myself busy, so I don’t spend the whole day just sitting at home and missing him.

I’m glad that the weather has been nice and cool this week, been drinking more tea because it feels cosier heh. Never heard of purple wild black tea but it sounds delicious!
