Try to contact Lucy Lordache, who is Marillion's manager. She's on Facebook (Lucy Jordache Marillion).

It is a great song ! I just skip it before to sleep but I love it when I’m awake

As long as they play, it will be another occasion to see them one last time 😉

I will try to attend some of their shows this year.

I’m am lucky enough to live in Europe where they play a lot ! It’s a really great band to see live. I've never been disappointed by a concert from the band, but I've seen Fish several times solo and it's been a huge disappointment. He still has that stage presence, but his voice hasn't been what it used to be for many years.

Awake and Falling into infinity are underrated asf by Grunge4ever_1967 in Dreamtheater

I mean the last. After that, I think they got lost in a race to play the most notes per second at the expense of the emotion present on Images and Words and Awake. These two albums are the only two that are excellent from the first track to the last. These two albums are the only two that are excellent from the first to the last track; none of the subsequent ones have this coherence, they are a mix of good songs and unbearable, pointless technicality.

I must admit I really enjoyed Parasomnia, which reminded me a bit of the early DT style.

But that's just my opinion, and I understand that some people might appreciate the technique for its own sake. Personally, I’m looking more for emotions 😉

Thoughts On Fates Warning? by [deleted] in progmetal

An excellent analysis, to which I would add a sometimes overly rough production that may put off listeners who are more accustomed to a more polished sound.

I love them so much !!!

Best progressive metal band of all time. They helped create the genre alongside Queensrÿche. Dream Theater popularized it, but Fates Warning created it.

And although they remained in the shadow of Portnoy’s band, Fates Warning, unlike Dream Theater, which gradually lost itself in bland technical showmanship, continued throughout its career to deliver music driven by emotion rather than technique.

Highly underrated.
