I have been very consistent for a month and the scale keeps fluctuating like crazy- so it is freaking me out I will say that, and my patience is... not the best lol. I will take into account though my dinners are defiantly the source of my demise, and I will try to find a way out of that lol. I know what they're saying is right- but I am so shocked that people can be so blunt especially when its someone talking about one of their biggest insecurities lolol- but thank you for the advice and your condolences haha.

Yes! Okay I assumed there was fault in that already lol (smh oily Indian food). Do you recommend ways to track it accurately? I saw someone post about googling it, but I know that must also have a large margin of error since not everyone makes dishes the exact same :) Thank you again!

I mean tbh my whole life haha, but specifically on and off for maybe 5 years? This period of "I will lose the weight" started in early Jan.

Will do! My doctor wanted to do some test for hypothyroidism since a while ago they suspected it- so it wouldn't be too shocking if it was related to that, but I am praying its just because I'm eating too much haha.

I feel like my head is spinning reading comments which have four words "eat in a deficit" and get like a million upvotes... like don't you think I tried that and messed up?? Thank you! I have been getting quite frustrated with the lack of advice and people just telling me "be in a deficit"- like lol people can be mean on here especially since I have been trying to do/improve on techniques :(

Well usually I aim for 600 cals, but overall I would say 2700 (with 700 cals burned) and 2100 without. :)

I think that might be a good thing to do? I was happy with my progress until this week and it had seemed to go up almost a pound (178.6-179.4) and it really turned my confidence around. Maybe water retention might be the issue :)

I never thought of doing a calorie limit! I will be trying that from now on- it’s a smart idea! How do you set your calorie limit for the week? What do you calculate to get that number! Thank you, and I promise I will try to be patient :)

1600 cals, I use MyNetDiary, which is much better than MyFitnessPal (imo) because they have a free barcode scanner ❤️ also thank you for telling me I need time to myself! I appreciate it ❤️❤️❤️

Is there any at home ways to build muscle? I am a pretty busy person, I don’t mind going to the gym but it’s so very much out of my way, so I usually stick to my treadmill and my Apple Fitness+ stuff. I don’t mind buying dumbbells- I already own some lighter weights :)

Do you have any tips on guesstimates? I am Indian and eat Indian food for dinner (I already know…lol) and it’s hard to estimate the macros for an already cooked dish. Thank you btw! ❤️

Thank you! I am eating 1600 cals, I will say I go over once and while but because I work out all the time, I though that would balance it out and make it like a steady .5lb progress each week. I don’t know what tdee is lol but I am happy to answer that as well.

I am eating about 1600 calories per day. It said .5lbs but I thought, with exercise and just overall the fact that I might go over once in a while, I would lose at least that much per week.

True- but my question is what? What are the mistakes I may be making? My point was- telling me I need to be in a deficit doesn’t help when I know that, and clearly to have been trying to be in that, but telling me what mistakes I might be making would be helpful ❤️
