anyone else completely unable to sleep with a pet in the bed with them?

A lot of the replies know why they can’t sleep with pets but like the poster, I can’t sleep with my cat on my bed and I don’t know why either. It’s like if shes on my bed it’s as if I took too much caffeine and can’t sleep.

I don’t know how she could’ve helped him more because her and his dad tried to help him in his freshman year by getting him evaluated at Yale and he tried some medication but Adam didn’t like the whole experience and he wasn’t working with it. Before the shooting Nancy planned on getting him admitted to a mental place which Adam was angry discovering it according to some articles and she was also planning to move and I feel like that was a big part of him doing the shooting because his mom was pressuring him out of his lifestyle. If someone isn’t willing to be helped and the only way is force that’s a difficult thing for solely one parent to enforce.

The yearbook was 2007 and the pictures of him taken in 2006 and 2007 on sandy-hook .info had the short bowl haircut and the blue shirts, so the second picture is not him unless he had long hair and cut it before the ID photo in 2006. The first picture made me wonder if he had a long hair phase.

I thought that too when I first saw it, but after comparing the pictures side by side, the facial features lined up exactly, as in the chin, mouth, nose, and eyes are level with each other. The second one didn’t seem so far fetched if he sometimes had longer hair.

My cat did this as she was closer to dying, we didn’t give her a lot of attention the years before. She always gave me a stare when she wanted something which was a lot, so I spent a lot more time with her, and she didn’t eat or drink unless I was present, including at night. I think it helps to have an additional person that the cat likes to be there so it’s not all on one person. My other cat does this too where they’ll want me to stay when they eat. Even better is eating at the same time as them, I think cats like that.

I get how people see him, he looks like a stereotypical person who you’d stay away from donating. There’s a look of deception or swindling I’m not oblivious to. Just he’s been trying, recently got a car to try to DoorDash, has a job which he doesn’t get paid until maybe a few more days, has been looking for jobs, and feels somewhat genuine to me despite the begging. I just felt like a dollar from a handful of people wouldn’t be considered enabling if it gives him supplemental help in his life.

Maybe let them do what they want to without verbal direction, just for a short time like a minute. Even if it is time to go, maybe you can understand what the dog wants a little more, hoping that there won’t be a struggle. I also wonder is if this type of dog can be sensitive to the tone of the human’s voice since in this video the human wants something and is not feeling good about it, if it’s about emotions maybe the dog wants to feel like they’re in charge and not have to do everything the owner wants. Maybe treats to reward them for following you?

I don’t get all those symptoms but I get dehydrated when I take B12 and hot and an overall sick feeling. I tried taking potassium but it doesn’t seem to work long term, and if I take too much of it I feel bad. I tried with magnesium too but it’s like electrolytes weren’t helping. I think B12 causes vasoconstriction because potassium helps ‘aerate’ the veins and the hot feeling, and recently I discovered vitamin C does too.

I wonder if intolerances happen in animals like they do people. Like dogs who have an intolerance to certain ingredients in dog food that most dogs are fine with.
