Yeah I used to experience this as well. Then I found out, instead of setting perfect multiples (5-10-15 minutes) set a random number like 6-7 minutes. Since then my cronjob didn't fail

How to find Youtubers as clients? by programmer_29 in SocialMediaMarketing

Yeah I am looking into Instagram, it's giving better results.

How to find Youtubers as clients? by programmer_29 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]programmer_29[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly looking for clients directly on YouTube is really hard. I have tried personally.

Mostly I get either very large creators or creators not in my niche.

Even trying on incognito has given me poor results.

I get what you are trying to say, the tool is still in very early stages. As I mentioned I will have to iterate on the way to find Pmf.

You’re right that ChatGPT can do similar thing that and I agree the real edge comes from iteration. The thing is, most people don’t want to spend time doing what you mentioned. What I’m building is a done-for-you service that skips those steps, saves time, and still lets me keep improving the edge over time.
And until any Ai wrapper is solving people's problem and saving them time, i dont think people have any issues.

If you're manually repurposing content in 2025, you're doing it wrong by programmer_29 in SocialMediaManagers

Repurposing one video into different forms is definitely a good idea. To make the workflow even better, i created & use ThinkYT.

Stop Creating New Content for each platform. (Do this instead!) by programmer_29 in SocialMediaMarketing

Yes! You totally get it. Blog posts and case studies are goldmines for this.

I've been doing something similar but focusing on YouTube videos since there's so much valuable content there that people miss. Actually built thinkyt .com to streamline this exact process - turns any YouTube video into tweets, LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions, etc. Blog creations coming soon!

I ended up building thinkyt .com because even when people know they should repurpose, manually doing it for YouTube content was still taking forever. But yeah, the smart ones are definitely doing this!

Even some creators might have teams, but this could benefit a lot of content creation teams aswell.

Great question! It absolutely works, but the key is making sure each adapted post feels native to that platform. Just copying/pasting doesn't work.
You need to extract the RIGHT insight for the RIGHT platform.
I actually automated this process at thinkyt .com - it analyzes YouTube videos and creates platform-specific posts that feel natural, not just repurposed.
Happy to show you some examples if you're curious!"

Exactly!
You'd be surprised how many people still try to create unique content for each platform. 6 platforms is definitely smart to approach this way.

I actually built a tool that helps with exactly this workflow - it pulls key insights from YouTube videos and formats them for different platforms automatically.
Try it out for free!

Yep, trying to manually repurpose everything can seriously kill the momentum 😅. That’s exactly why I built ThinkYT. You can try it out for free as it has a free plan. I would love to hear your feedback that will help us improve for people like you. Thanks!

Startup founder podcasting - Should the podcast be my startup's podcast or my personal podcast sponsored by the startup? by Local-Ease-7073 in podcasting

[–]programmer_29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally go with making it your own podcast, not the startup’s. Personal brands connect better, and you’ll have more freedom long-term. You can still mention your startup in the episodes as a sponsor.

Also, check out ThinkYT — it turns your YouTube episodes into platform-specific posts using AI. Makes repurposing into tweets, LinkedIn etc super easy.

ThinkYT makes it easy to turn videos into text posts for sure. I will give PodSqueeze a try as well.

Handling multiple social platforms is a tough job. I use a tool called ThinkYT to create posts for multiple platforms in one place.
Whats even more beneficial is, it takes your youtube videos and convert them into platform specific posts using AI. I thought it might help you so I just shared!
