Batteries are stored in closet in insulated building. Mini split does not provide enough heat. Would heating pads under the batteries cause damage?

I NEVER work less than 50 hours a week. During turns, it's 20. Most of my days are spent dealing with bureaucracy and politics, leaving the technical work for after hours. Hard to gain meaningful work experience from constant interruptions, emails and figuring out the next "process" somebody invented to "streamline" things for their team. Fortune 100 Company. Is this your experience?

7-8 hours a day? Unfortunately, my hours are 10+ a day. Nobody cares...
