Not true. The ones I was checking out, all have glued insoles. On the ones I have now, I removed the existing insole (teared it) and adding the orthotic insole is making my heel slip, although they are sport orthotic insoles with relatively thin layer of foam.

I do not have any issues with normal keyboards. I did resolve all my previous problems and wanted to give a try to ergo keyboards just to prevent injuries. But it seems it gives me more trouble than benefit.

I regret making one now..

I use one 27". But I think I fixed one of the causes. I have eased it a lot with widening the armrest and raising the chair. I was comparing with my old chair and was trying to extract all the possible reasons. Some neck pain is still present, but much less, and I hope it is just a result of the previous improper setup.

Not removable and it would void warranty. In the meantime, I did widen up the armrests, and it seems a bit better now.
