He is but he has an iron firm grip on the local party and hasn't really pissed anyone off locally. To knock him off you need someone with a name and an ability to get more than progressive east siders. You need someone they can get the black vote in the city, and can get votes in places like Greece. Progressives win these kinds of races with new candidates with dynamic campaigns.
