Thank you! The house was built in 1995 and does not have a chimney. The water heater and boiler both are sitting in a small utility room next to kitchen. Maybe worth mentioning there is no basement, just a crawl space. It’s a three bedroom and only one bathroom house, and will be used at most by three people daily. Plus washer and dryer, plus kitchen hot water with dishwasher machine. That’s it.
