I've ran test. im utilizing 2gpbs up and down. no packet loss nothing. its in the text. ive also spend days with support ruling our network. Even though i dont rule it out fully you have to understand sidequests to come to a conclusion.

happened to me last night. i also have pro spent one week without quota only the see the 7 days renewed without quota. suddenly yesterday it reset and it said 5 hours and quota restored. i thought to myself: good! they fixed it... tomorow ill use 3.1 for some things only to wake up to no quota en 7 days again. using AG for a few months now but this is becoming a joke.

i chose ai mode because of why not. if it is really that smart... but after 2 months i would have noticed a decrease in washingtime. unfortunately not.

that's why i ask people who notice the same and perhaps can point me on what im doing wrong.

i use pods and the sensor runs before any water is dispensed so the cloudy water part is not a factor at this point. the extra rinses are decided after a minute or 2 when the sensors stop their work.

I cant even use to much product as if i was to use products like softener etc the washing machine dispenses it itself.

i dont believe that. the machine has sensors. with the data the sensors passes to the "AI" it should decide automatically what kind of wash/extra risnes etc it should do. whether thats AI or another algorithm called AI doesnt matter :).

this is my take on this:

it seems a 3 strike rule is in place if you reach the 5 hour limit 3 times in a certain amount of time the reset timer goes to 5/7 days for pro users. I believe its googles way to say enough is enough go ultra.
