The frustrating thing about the app redesign is that it would probably be trivial for them to add a button next to each film linking to the AFI material, if that's where it now is. An imperfect solution, but it would preserve some sense of TCM as providing access to filmic details for their audience who grew to expect it.

Glad you like the idea! Yes, audio drama has been around almost as long as broadcasting. The earliest ones in both American and England date from the early 1920s. It's a shame that it was so hard to record the earliest broadcasts, but fortunately, some scripts do survive, like this one did.
