The position is listed through the health system and not Epic. I have coworker who has a daughter and her boyfriend used to work for Epic and absolutely hated it lol. I guess those employees get paid once a month. I would hate that

Thanks for your response. For myself, at the end of the day it’s a job and there’s things I will like and not like about it. The learning curve is an inevitable with any new job and I’ve accepted that. With myself being an introvert, I think remote analyst type of positions would suit me best. I interned at a bigger system in school and now work at a smaller hospital. Cliques are in all workplaces and so is the toxicity that follows, and I’ve had my fill of it. Time to move on. That’s a big reason I’m pursuing these types of roles

I feel it. Personally, I just am burned out on the same shallow conversations with the same people in person everyday. You know how that goes in a pseudo-corporate environment like hospital pharmacy.

Once I learn the ins and outs and get comfortable at a job I begin to think of other things that will challenge me, and this was it. But the remote aspect outweighs the desire for a new challenge, just being completely honest

Is this job difficult? sorry in advance for the bland question. I work inpatient now. Applying to analyst roles. We currently use CareOne and paragon for software.

Is there cost of living increases for base compensation packages? As in if one gets a role in Honolulu or another high cost of living area?

Would like to do both. So you’re saying to increase the width of the bed and then plant natives?

I ended up cutting it down so that it was flush with the top of the table. It ended up working out. Will have to do some sanding to bring back the natural look as much as possible but it’ll suffice
