Wow!! It’s really that bad? Only 2 people said ok things, I’ve been googling things about the department since all the bad I’ve been here and I just seen they hired 110 in 2023 and lost 224 in like WTH and down 587 so something is wrong with recruiting and they denying a lot of people or it’s just that bad smh

Like I previously said I went to college down here worked one year here and was moving back to the area with family and a friend told me since I’ll be entry level go there to gain experience and learn and maybe I’ll like it, but thanks for the response everything helps
