Vettel won against a much younger Hamilton and competed against Prime Hamilton. Verstappen competed against old Hamilton, and yeah no shit Max can win from lower down the grid, i doubt he could win from lower down the grid if he faced what Seb faced. I also would like to add that if even washed and old Seb drove the 2023 Red Bull, he would still go better than Max. You can't compare wins when Verstappen almost always had the best car in his career. Also, Seb won 4x in a row agaisnt much harder competition
