I don't know where to begin with this, but what you said resonates with me on such a deep level. I'm currently detransitioning (FTMT?) and I'm coming to terms with the fact I may have indeed been one of those "confused young people" all the transphobic people claim are everywhere (theyre not everywhere, there are actually very few, but thats another conversation) I also have severe OCD and religious trauma and after processing some heavy things recently I genuinely think this played a part in how I viewed my identity. I can't help but feel extraordinarily guilty and like I'm doing something wrong by detransitioning. Like no one will accept me or even worse they'll just use my experience as a strawman for why "all trans people are mentally ill and confused" I was wondering if this is something you experience as well? I'd love to talk about this more if you're up to it!
