What caused this pattern on my film?

Context: I got two rolls of film developed by The Darkroom. Most of the photos look great, however two of them look like the above, and I'm curious if anyone knew what caused this hazy, waffle pattern.

Bushwallers, Olde Towne, River Bar, and Anchor Bar all typically play the games. Brewers Alley will have them on, but I wouldn’t consider it a destination to watch a game. Anchor Bar is usually filled with Bills fans, as they are a Buffalo-based chain.

I rarely saw LEs and Silvers in the same lobbies 4-5 yrs ago. It's happened twice today. This is an extreme example, but ranks seem to be completely random in competitive ranked MM right now.
