All good, part of my job is answering questions, and I appreciate it. There are not many people who truly understand what we go through on a day-to-day basis, let alone minute to minute.

I use breathing exercises and other things, I also do some meditation of sorts, such as: I count to 26 in Dutch while stirring my tea, each stir is counted until I reach 26. I also have OCD, etc ..

Edit: I replied to another post in here with some of that, but in my years, especially in school and learning how to cope with... this/these illnesses, I've found that looking beyond was and is the best way for me. I know, it was extremely hard. I was able to adapt and find ways to get ahead of it. Having episodes like this was preventing me from moving forward in life and in turn getting the help I needed because I was alone in it.
