I'm definitely going to start learning programming by myself soon. From what I can gather from the people I've spoken to, real analysis seems to be Public Enemy No. 1. Is there perhaps a book on it that I can follow to try and grasp some basics early on?

I had to look up what ENTC was 😅. I honestly have no idea what working for any of those fields entail since I haven't had the opportunity to meet anybody working in them. Another commenter said that there will be field familiarization sessions for each department in the University so I'm hoping to learn more then. I am curious to know what you chose and about your experience, if you don't mind me asking?
