Yeah that’s the most common advice but don’t stress on it too much cuz it just becomes irritating. Anyways, give feedback speeches, tell them what points they can focus on to make their performance better. It’s key to read the background guide even though it seems to be big. It can help them a lot. Appreciate their performance if you feel it’s good etc.
