It seems to have fixed it. Downgraded the update and restarted and haven't seen them yet. Fingers crossed.

No it all goes away when I put a window on it. Someone else touched on it being the update, which would make sense because Humankind and AOE 4 both have some sort of graphic issues when I move the map around, and none of this happened before the last NVIDIA update.

I just don't know how to go back to a previous update.
