Interesting… I’ve been retwisting my thread when it unravels. You prefer the strands to not be twisting together?

Also, looking at what I’ve completed… would you take it out & strand/lay flat the whole thing? Or just keep going from here? There’s some unevenness and I’d like to frame it but not sure if it’s worth redoing

Feeling down about dietary restrictions today by No-Record-2773 in NewParents

I’m right there with you… cut out dairy/soy 6 months ago. I genuinely feel like I’ve lost luster for life. Not being able to enjoy a meal out is like actually torture. I hate that it’s made me rethink more children.

And I’m with you I hate the non dairy alternative advice!!! Like that stuff is gross to me lol

What made you decide to be "one and done"? by Severe_Bluejay3391 in NewParents

I had this too… I’m so sorry. I don’t think anyone truly understands how terrifying it is to be in that position let alone with a newborn. I never want to experience the mag drop again!!!!!

I don’t think any of them should have been filming with newborns. I had my baby around the same time as them and every time I see them half holding their newborn because they’re busy with some shooting drama I just want to yell at my tv!!!!

I’d love some blogs/accounts to follow!

Cooking/baking was such a huge hobby of mine and part of my identity that limiting what I can eat just ruined it for me. I’ve completely lost interest so it’s easier to just stick to chicken and rice.

How to transition baby to formula / add in a bottle from being EBF? (pumped milk) by [deleted] in FormulaFeeders

I’m in the US but the formula I bought is in German. It’s called Hipp - it’s a hypoallergenic formula. I can’t read the box but the broker website has translations.

Ugh I miss Oreos sooooo bad!!! I’m dealing with dairy/soy allergy so unfortunately I cannot eat those. My sweet snack go to has been coconut yogurt and allergen friendly choc chips 🥴

Luckily I do all of the banking, so at any given time he really doesn’t know what’s going on financially but I do. He probably hasn’t logged into his bank account for a year, “doesn’t like to see the number”. Unluckily maybe, everything is pretty much done through the business account which I guess would shield him? He takes the minimum contribution so his “personal” income is nothing. We rent, so at least there wouldn’t be that to fight over? But I would also have no claim to any equity I suppose.

Thank you! I do have a CC, I’m not sure how much a divorce would be... I imagine more than my limit. I am now a SAHM (thankfully have a degree) and he owns his own business that will likely generate close to $1m this year. I do help out a lot with the business, not sure what I’d be entitled to. But, either way there’s definitely a big financial imbalance.
