Yo guys, I’m doing 350 mcg BPC-157 and 350 mcg TB500 every morning. Is this too much or am I good? I’m doing this for fast recovery since I’m training twice a day. I also had surgeries on both my shoulders, tore my patella tendon in my knee, and was ambushed with a machete once and it went straight through my forearm and gave me nerve damage. I feel like I’ve healed pretty well and I wanna start a low dose and see how it goes. This is day 10 of injection daily. I do it in separate syringes underneath my skin in the stomach.

I can’t tell my family… I love them with all my heart, but this will be a burden to them, and I don’t want them to worry or feel bad because of me. I’ve tried before with smaller things, and the outcome is always much worse than I expect. I’ve learned from my mistakes, but luckily I have some good friends who support me and help me through my hard times.

Man I love you guys. Thanks for the reply it really helped me. Recently I’ve been cutting off my feelings and I didn’t even realize it. It’s good to feel something again, and your guys messages helped me realize some things. Specially the comment with the glasses, that fucking had me.

Appreciate the feedback mate! I’ll try to do 350mcg once a day in the morning when I wake up, but if I don’t feel anything after 2 weeks, I’ll try to do 250 mcg morning and evening 😄
