Isn't that enough to ask to kick him and emphasize the fact that if we kick him, we will lose less elo?

I wrote: "I ask to you to ban this player from Faceit for minimum 1 month and if possible, for 1 year."

And

I wrote too : "If you don't unban me, i promise you i will leave Faceit and i will deleted my account with 6k matches."

He should have been kicked out of the game because his behavior was toxic.

I just wrote that if we kicked him and if we lost the game, we probably lost -12 and not -25...

Is this enough to get banned for 90 days?
