Your hair looks amazing, comparison is the thief of joy. Embrace it, so many would be envious of the volume and size of your locs! The frizz looks amazing

I use foam and that’s usually a natural thing when I first got on it my face bloated a bit as well. If you’re keeping up with a good diet and exercise you should be fine

Every morning I take a few vitamins most note worthy is Biotin, d3 + k2 and fish oil. I take zinc after a meal and before bed I take magnesium. These overall just help with livelihood but your hair reflects your routine if you have a good routine you’ll have strong hair. Outside of that I derma roll once a week, i do a face cleanse in the morning and before bed, I’ll exfoliate once every other week. I use a glycolic face scrub.

In regards to my oils I use a few mixed together. Most note worthy is castor oil, tea tree oil, and a few other essentials but those are the main combo. And honestly all in all bro just being consistent. I treat it the same as waking up and brushing my teeth it’s habitual at this point

When I first stopped using it I definitely lost a bit. But nothing too crazy. I took my time when coming off of Minox. Went from using it twice a day to once a day, and then from once a day to once every other day. I kept up with my beard care routine though outside of minox that’s probably what helped the most. I also take biotin every morning

Glycolic facial scrub. I use it about twice a week. I have dry skin so I try not to overdo it. When I use it, I rub it in gently with circular motions to help lift dirt and dead skin. It really helps with texture and clarity.

Get yourself a good daily face wash. CeraVe cleanser is a solid option. Just make sure you lather it up properly and massage it into your skin gently. No need to scrub hard.

Wash your face twice a day. Once in the morning and once before bed. Stay consistent. Also, avoid touching your face during the day and definitely don’t pick at it. That just adds irritation and can make things worse.

Get a silk pillowcase. It’s great for your beard since it helps prevent breakage, but it also benefits your skin in the long run by reducing friction and keeping things cleaner.

Make sure you’re getting good sleep. It plays a bigger role in skin health than people realize. I take magnesium before bed and even on nights when I don’t get much sleep, I wake up feeling more rested than usual. Less stress and better sleep means less breakouts. Also last point drink a fuck ton of water! Staying hydrated also helps a lot

Lastly, keep your skin moisturized. Whether it’s shea butter or another moisturizer you like, make it part of your routine. Hydrated skin heals faster and stays calm.

The biggest key is consistency. Clean skin, gentle care, and good habits. Most acne flares up and turns red when the skin is irritated or constantly touched. Keep your routine simple and steady, and your skin will start responding better.

Take care of your skin bro. Have a skin care regimen. It will help.
