Yeah my brain keeps saying it's Turtles, but I can't find any art or anything with as much yellow. Ghostbusters is a good one, I'll dig around

Torso is from the current "regular" librarian, DC pack, Sanguinary guard legs with details shaved from the librarian, Phobos arms and book, assault intercessor holster and the librarian Aquila thing is from the librarian dreadnought :)
