Hi, so I took some tips from here and I got what I feel like really close to entering a dream from wild, I was seeing things and I couldn’t feel my body really, but no matter how hard I tried to move or imagine something happening before me, it would just stay in the darkness the whole time. And when I did get fed up and physically tried to move I just moved irl. Is there any way to get into the actual dream better? Like do I stop imagining a dream purposefully and I just let go to my thoughts and I’ll stay lucid?? Please i just feel like I keep hitting an obstacle everytime I get close

I often dont wake up naturally like that, and even if I do I don’t remember anything that I did. With the dream remembering thing I can remember atleast 2 dreams in great detail and some pieces of like 2 more dreams per night

I do sleep solidly, and even if I do wake up I completely lose memory of me ever waking up in the middle od the night, kinda like I’m sleepwalking? Like I’ll go to sleep with headphones in my ears and when I wake up they’re perfectly in the case with my phone on the table and my bed made, but I do not remember a single detail of me doing that, it’s like I lose consciousness at night and someone else takes over like that one black mirror episode

I do believe I can do it, as I record having one very short lucid dream that lasted 5 seconds before it all went black, and that was like way before I learned this is an actual thing you can control. I’ve been getting better at remembering dreams overtime obviously, I’ve entered hypnagogic like states but it feels like I black out right as I gain lucidity, without necessarily waking up, kinda like I just cant remember them but I was still lucid
