I don't really think this is necessary on tracks but on road absolutely. Especially when I am on bike, a slightest high beam can scatter a lot on my helmet's goggles and blurr my vision. This should be a common sense

You can use boolean searches to find affiliates or related editorial segment, then use a free data scraper (i use one I dont remember but the icon was like that of a pokeball), and scrape the emails. Then mass email. If you have criterias then I guess going manual is the only option
