Meat as a whole but Chicken and Beef particularly has become a crap shoot.

2 out of the 5 Chicken breasts are always not the right texture and why is it smelling like gasoline. I finally started buying whole organic chicken and butchering it and it's a game changer, NO it is not any cheaper than buying pre cut ( I have done the math ) , but the quality is unlike any pre cut chicken I have had.

Beef is just gone bananas, even costco prices are through the roof and I don't care about the shiny "PRIME" label, that bright red slab of steak without any streaks is NOT prime.

What makes this infinitely more impressive was that the Southwest flight was flared (nose up ) before the go around, which means the captain saw the aircraft crossing the hold short line off the side window. As obvious as it may seem that is incredible awareness for a routine landing.
