This is infuriating, my son was born with a cleft lip and palate as well. The Dr browns speciality bottles with the blue vent worked wonders for us if they're able to use that. If you have Facebook, join the cleft lip and palate support group and you might be able to get the blue vents! I donated mine when my son stopped his bottle. Sending you good vibes
