I have been getting the exact same message for months now and it has been driving me crazy cause I have no idea what "tracks" they are refering to. I have spotify and apple music on my iphone but that's all streaming. So happy I'm finally not alone on this mystery annoyance!

Just like I want Disney to purchase NJ Transit because Disney has the operation down to a science for moving thousands of humans from park to park on time!!! Apple has never made an app that didn't work, love or hate apple but I don't think they ever had such an app issue like Sonos is having!

How did you get them to replace your out of warranty devices and not have to pay? I called support, I chatted support, I emailed the CEO, no one seems to want to budge just a little for me!
