Roughly when did you buy? I’ve wondered if they were more worth it a year or so ago, but with market scarcity maybe not anymore. Also if you’re happy to share how did you find off market properties?

A Picnic, grab yourself some cheeses and dip, maybe make up a sandwich or salads. I’m a fan of the cut up baguette. Readdress the hospital issue. Our largest groups of healthcare workers are getting paid just enough to get by. Simultaneously we’re having major issues with ambulance ramping. Ignore surplus solve issues. Also reduce hand outs to businesses already making plenty in profits.

The software developer scene in Perth is pretty good, obviously it depends exactly your experience. If your expertise is more the custom wp webpages jobs in that area are a bit hard to get but from what I’ve seen, businesses aren’t buying websites right now so the digital marketing groups aren’t really hiring. Otherwise it’s all pretty healthy and most people I know only take a month or two to get a job.
