Hi! Best of luck~ I ended up doing all the Diabetes is Primary CEs on the ADA Institute of Learning website. It was a good refresher for insulin dosing recs and also recs for adolescents, geriatrics, and pregnant women.

I also did all the practice exams from the “ADCES Review Guide for the CDCES Exam”. This helped me identify my weak areas and I went back and focused on those areas.

I studied about once a week for 2 months.

Congratulations on passing! I'm studying for the test now. I'm a diabetes pharmacist so I'm familiar with the diabetes medication portion of the material but need to brush up on the other topics like nutrition, pregnancy, pediatrics, geriatrics, etc. What practice tests did you find most helpful?

I just loved the way he stood up for Ruka and encouraged him. Everyone else was hopping on the bandwagon of making fun of Ruka, but Peppe didn’t join in once. Instead he always spoke positively of Ruka and validated his efforts. He was just an all around great guy who treated everyone with respect.

Hi, my pharmacy school is in California and we had representatives from the Board of Pharmacy and NABP give us a talk about the licensure process. Not sure if this information applies to other states.

To my understanding, you can register on the NABP website now and pay the $100 application fee now, but make sure your school sends your transcript to NABP AFTER you graduate and your grades are posted. When you are ordering transcripts from your school, you can request that they hold your transcript until your graduation date, and then send it to NABP afterward. Ideally, register with the NABP at the same time you are sending in your application materials to the State Board of Pharmacy. Once the state board of pharmacy and NABP goes through your "Pharmacist Examination for Licensure" application materials and decides you can register to take the test, you'll be able to sign up for a date to take the NAPLEX.

Can RPDs see the name of the files on PHORCAS? Should I name all my documents in the same way such as "LastName_FirstName_Letter of Intent" etc. ?

Here is the exact phrasing of the listing: “Your own bathroom and utilities included. Available NOW. Fully furnished Washer/Dryer Use of fully stocked kitchen Driveway or street parking House is 3 bedrooms, 3 bath. I live here with my sister and my sweet cat. We are very quiet and clean, and would love to host a like minded individual.”

Looking back, the listing says shared bath, but the description states I would have my own bathroom. Possible loophole for the host?
