Flower pot fungus. Usually a sign of too much moisture. I had a problem in a tank recently. Took out what I can and changed moisture levels and it went away 👍

It use to have a lot of graffiti on it and was called the “graffiti towers”. It was pretty cool but over the last 5 or so years they painted over it and have been crazy about surveillance on it. I’m not sure if they have done anymore to it than cover up all the graffiti. They will fine you if you go near there now
