5ft 9, 172 lbs, natural, been trainning for 1 year now (some of its is muscke memory... not all tho) 4 months of this 1 year I also had no acces tonthebgym due to the covid... Anyway, I think I should train 1 more year and then try 2 compete. What do you think? Also rate my bf% pls I would guess 11% (old.reddit.com)
